VISTA and USB Adapter Driver – Serial/USB Version ONLY:

TimeTrax install CD includes a Driver for the USB adapter. If you are

running VISTA and receive a message that the software CANNOT FIND

THE DEVICE DRIVER, you will need to follow the instructions below:

Disconnect the USB adapter from your computer. Navigate to

C:\Program Files\Pyramid\TimeTrax.

Locate the file USBSetup (USBSetup.exe). Click on it with the Right Mouse

button, and select PROPERTIES from the pop-up menu.

Double-click the USBSetup program to run; allow it to run as an

administrator.

USBSetup.exe

In the Properties window, select

the COMPATIBILITY TAB

Check this box

Select WINDOWS XP SERVICE

PACK 2

Check this box

Select APPLY

Then click OK
